Is the quote really free?
Yes — coming out, measuring up and writing a fixed price costs you nothing, and there's no obligation to book us.
Can you quote from photos?
We can give you a rough ballpark from good photos, which is useful if you're just working out a budget. For a fixed price we need to see it in person — the things that change a renovation quote most (what's behind the walls, plumbing locations, floor condition, access) don't show up in a photo.
I don't know what I want yet. Is it too early to call?
No — that's often the best time. We'd rather help you work out what's worth doing before you've committed to a plan than re-price a job three times.
How soon can you start?
Depends on what's already booked in. We'll give you a real date when we quote rather than a hopeful one.
How do payments work?
Payment terms and stages are set out on your quote before you sign anything, so there are no surprises. Happy to talk it through on the phone.
