Why the name is a promise
Plenty of renovations look good on handover day and cost the owner money by year three. We named the business around the opposite idea: a renovation should leave the house worth more than what you put into it.
That starts before demolition. It means being honest at quoting stage about which changes actually pay you back and which are just expensive, planning the layout around how the room gets used, and choosing materials that will still look right when you go to sell.
Then it comes down to the parts nobody photographs — the waterproofing, the substrates, the framing repairs found once the tiles come off. Get those right and the finish takes care of itself. Get them wrong and no amount of nice tapware saves the job.

What's behind the wall
Waterproofing, framing, substrates and falls. It's the least visible money in the whole job and the only reason a bathroom is still sound in fifteen years.

Fixed and itemised. If something genuinely unforeseen appears once we open things up, you get told and you approve the cost — before the work happens, never after.

Trades booked in the right order and chased by us. If a date moves you get a phone call, not silence and a guess about when someone might turn up.

It's still your home while we're in it. Dust contained, the rest of the house sealed off, floors covered and rubbish gone at the end of every day.
